Whatever Recipes

Summer is finally here (well kinda), which means we have entered the grilling season. For some reason this got me thinking, which I don't like to do much because it hurts my head. Being a bachelor and not cooking very much for myself..ahem..alright alright..not cooking at all unless it involves Ramen, I don't have a large list of really great recipes. Now if you were to ask me the uses for Ramen I could type all day:
1. 2 cups water..add Ramen...3minutes later you add the packet of love and you're done.
2. If you open the uncooked Ramen (A.K.A. the noodle brick), you can use it as a sponge to clean your bathtub.
3. Once again with uncooked Ramen (A.K.A. the noodle brick), my kitchen table has one leg shorter than the other and I have it under the shortest leg to even the table out.

But enough about me...with cookout season upon us, I want to know about your great recipes and I will post them on my blog for everyone to be able to use. Do you have a great grilling recipe? Something that is easy to cook and never fails to please? A recipe passed on from generation to generation that is yummy in the tummy? Let me know! I'll post it and maybe you will even help me out of the Ramen rut that I am in. Thanks for listening and taking the time to read my blog. You guys are the best! It's your music...your station...your recipes...only on Q104.com!!

Dear Tim,

I have a recipe for a snack you could make for yourself if are hungry between lunch and dinner. This is what I do. I make my own quesadilla.

For one person, you take one tortilla.
Then you take two or three handfills of cheddar cheese.
Put it on a plate and warm it up for 30 or 45 seconds in a microwave.
Then when its done, fold the tortilla, cut it in half, and you got yourself two quesadillas for one.

You can also put salad in a tortilla and dressing in it to have a salad wrap.

Enjoy,

Hey Tim,

Here's a great brush on sauce for grilled chicken,

melt some butter in a bowl like half a stick, Worstechir sauce, lawry's seasoning salt, and any other spices you might like.. mix it all together then brush onto chicken breasts as you're grilling them.. it's super easy and will impress!! Take care and Enjoy
